    I’m honestly disappointed with this company. Their reading comprehension and attention to detail are terrible. I ordered an all-camouflage hat, made perfectly clear in my order, and somehow they sent me an all-black hat instead. I could understand if both hats were black and someone grabbed the wrong one by mistake, but when the two products look nothing alike, it shows a complete lack of care.

    At some point, you’d expect a company to have basic quality control or security checks before shipping items out. Clearly, that’s not the case here. The whole experience was frustrating, and I shouldn’t have to deal with mistakes this obvious. I won’t be ordering from them again

    We want to acknowledge this order mix-up and thank the customer for bringing it to our attention. As soon as we saw the email regarding the issue, we corrected it immediately and shipped out the proper all-camouflage hat.

    We’re responding publicly simply to address the situation for transparency. We take fulfillment accuracy seriously and have reinforced our quality-check process to help prevent mistakes like this moving forward.
